Reed Smith recently announced the hire of Arthur Tso in its Global Corporate Group and Hong Kong office.

Tso joins Reed Smith from DLA Piper where he was partner and co-head of International Equity Capital Markets. His practice is focused on advising clients on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, outbound investments, corporate restructuring and regulatory compliance.

Before joining the firm, he worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Kirkland & Ellis as well as the legal and compliance department of Morgan Stanley.
